Perfect for a classic souvlaki, wonderful as a marinade or rub and excellent as a dip or vinaigrette. Toss your potatoes with a good olive oil, a tablespoon of Wild Greek and Lemon Seasoning and add a squeeze of fresh lemon; roast and enjoy.
