The Twisted Gourmet proudly offers lovingly hand crafted spices, side dishes, sugars and wild salts. Our delicious and fresh Wild Yukon Flavours are always made by hand in small batches in Whitehorse Yukon.

My seasonings are enhanced by local wild flowers, herbs, berries and aromatics sustainably foraged from the Yukon's boreal forests, fields, and hillsides. Honestly, the foraging is my favourite part of what I do.

I maximize the flavours of every ingredient I use, drying fresh ginger, leeks, berries, herbs, chili peppers, and more.

Wild Yukon morels featured in a few of my blends and side dishes are locally harvested by a family business and even the coffee in my Kickass Coffee is roasted and ground here in Whitehorse.
