We grew 3200 garlic bulbs this year; we roast our own garlic and dry it, mix it with lovely garlic scapes and leeks & onion - all the most beautiful aromatics. Use it in soup or as a rub, try it mixed with plain greek yogurt or sour cream and for an easy, delicious dip, or make a marinade for your chicken. Blend it with olive oil and some fresh squeezed lemon for a zesty salad dressing, or brush it on flatbread and sprinkle a bit of fresh parmesan for quick oven toasted goodness.
