This is a wild Yukon twist on a classic blend, perfect with poultry, pork and vegetables. It makes a PERFECT stuffing, with all the lush flavour you expect in your Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey meal.  Blended with wild Yukon sage, wild harvested Yukon low-bush cranberries, thyme, rosemary, parsley, onion, pepper & salt… it's all in there. I think my favourite season is autumn, when I can get out on the land and in the boreal forests, harvestingthe cranberry and sage (artemisia frigida), enjoying the hours I can spend in Yukon's boreal forests foraging.
